This quote directly states that being too skinny doesn’t have to be from lack of eating. Being too thin can be caused by certain medications, having a fast metabolism, etc. The key to obtaining a normal weight can sometimes be very hard to achieve. As we all know everyone in the world has different body types. One way that you may be able to maintain your weight may not be the same way that someone else can maintain their weight. The biggest issue when losing weight and becoming healthier is how do you keep it off without having to hurt your body. It takes the help from the people around you. Knowing this everyone should have at least two people in a support group of their own that they can turn to for help. Having no one to lean can also be a major problem in weight gain or weight loss.
